I can not think of a more deserving, and there are many, person than Phebe Ham as Concord’s 2023 Honored Citizen. Phebe always has
a cheerful hello, a ready smile and a piece of advice for me. Perhaps she may remember me from my many years at Rocky’s Ace Hardware and our days sitting on the post office steps discussing town meeting results. Hello and congratulations Phebe from a long ago admirer.
