The Concord Middle School Building Committee held a meeting on June 28 to receive an update on construction activities as well as budget and cash flow summaries. The project’s general contractor, CTA Construction Managers, began site work in early June and are progressing well which will allow for foundation work beginning in mid-July. To date, the project is within budget and on schedule. Cash flow is tracking on budget as well.
