I would like to lend my whole-hearted support to Tracey Marano for reelection to the Concord School Committee. As a former School Committee member myself, I understand the challenges of the role and am deeply impressed by how Tracey not only manages them, but excels at navigating them. She works collaboratively with our superintendent, listens to and advocates for the needs of students and families, and effectively works toward shared goals. Tracey is honest, transparent, and not afraid to stand up for her values. She is fair, balanced, a good listener, and an effective problem solver. As Chair of the Concord-Carlisle Regional School Committee for the past two years, Tracey has led through some challenging times and has made the committee and our schools all the stronger for it.
Tracey Marano is an incredibly effective, thoughtful School Committee member who is wholly dedicated to the well-being of our students and our schools. We are lucky to have had her working on our behalf for the past three years, and I sincerely hope that we will be lucky enough to have her continue for another three.
